Booking Fulfilment Coordinator


As Booking Fulfilment Coordinator you’d be working with our 3 local legends (Jason, Demian and Phil) at our Leichhardt branch.


1. What would I be doing?

As Booking Fulfilment Coordinator you'll be:

  • Picking and preparing outgoing bookings

  • Coordinating the collection and return of hire bookings

  • Providing outstanding in-person customer service

  • General booking administration

  • Other booking and equipment related tasks

We can teach you everything you need to know to knock this job out of the park, you just need to be:

  • Positive and friendly

  • Hardworking

  • Dependable

This job will keep you on your feet, so if staying fit and healthy doesn’t seem interesting, this job might not be for you. 🏃


2. Who are your customers?

Chances are you know someone who has celebrated a birthday right?Well, that’s our customers!More often than not, our customers are throwing parties at home and use our gear to create an unforgettable atmosphere (occasionally earning a noise complaint from their neighbours 🫢).They know how to have a good time and ❤️ to DIY.


3. What do I get?

This role is Full-Time (38 hours per week) rostered within branch hours.Branch hours are 8am-4pm weekdays and 8am-2pm on Saturdays (closed Wednesday and Sunday).The salary for this role is $55k-$65k + superannuation and is reviewed each year alongside a growth pathway (if you want one).Working with us, you get more than just good times and a paycheck, just some of the perks of working with us include:
